Emmanuel Iyiegbuniwe Elected to Serve as Governing Council Member at APHA Annual Meeting

, Master of Public Health Program Director at the has been selected to serve as a Governing Council member during the American Public Health Association (APHA) 2025 Annual Meeting and Expo in Washington, DC, taking place in November 2025.

Iyiegbuniwe will also present two abstracts during the annual meeting, entitled Lead and noise exposure assessment at an indoor shooting range in southern California, and Lead exposure awareness survey among Latino communities in westside San Antonio, Texas (Making the Public's Health a National Priority). Iyiegbuniwe鈥檚 research and academic interests span the broad areas of environmental and occupational health exposure assessments for substances and stressors of significant public health importance.
