including dental implant planning, visualization of abnormal teeth, evaluation of the jaws and face, cleft palate assessment, endodontic (root canal) diagnosis and diagnosis of dental trauma. 

The resulting imaging requires special training to interpret and report the results accurately.

For clinicians and imaging centers worldwide performing their own imaging, the Advanced Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Clinic (Radiology Clinic) at UT Dentistry has specialists who provide illustrated interpretive reports for your patients' CBCT scans, standard dental radiographic images (e.g., FMX, panoramic, skull) or TMJ MRI. 

Interpretive services include liability coverage.
